“Been taking since March 22 without a break. I am 55years this year…had my ovaries removed Feb 20 and was told at 51 years I wouldn’t have any side effects!!! How wrong the ‘male’ gynaecologist was! I spent 2 years trying to manage. I had every symptom of menopause. I really wasn’t prepared to take HRT - I have boarder line hereditary blood pressure. I struggled on the pill and more complex to get the right HRT - still having my uterus. I stumbled across Equi and thought that I had nothing to lose. Thank you for taking the time to leave this honest review, although we are of course disappointed to hear that our Total Menopause hasn't been effective for you. This isn’t something we hear often when it comes to our products - we really strive to make the best supplements that nourish, balance and ultimately make a noticeable difference.
It is worthwhile mentioning, from a nutritional perspective, changes to diet and supplements can take time to manifest in the body. Many people report better energy quickly (sometimes they notice this more when they stop taking the products - e.g. their energy dips and they really notice it) but for others it can take more time. This is also the case for hormones - it doesn’t happen overnight but as nutrient levels build up, the gut is supported and adrenals/thyroid etc start to work more in harmony, you then can notice benefits. Of course we don’t know if this is the case for you, but it is possible and worth considering.
We aren’t trying to convince you to continue taking it, but we did just want to note that though you may not be feeling a difference, all of the carefully combined nutrients we have blended together will have been doing your body good.
