Hi Roseline, it looks like you were taking Original and Beauty Formula at the same time. We have developed the Formulas so that you only need one, so taking 2 doses of the pre and pro-biotics and digestive enzymes we include in each of the Formulas could most definitely lead to bloating. Equally, if you are particularly sensitive, we recommend building up to the full dose over a week or 2 to give the body and particularly the gut's microbiome time to adjust to the nutrition. Once your body has adjusted, it will be able to fully benefit from the products. Our Formulas are powerful supplements with therapeutic levels of the highest quality ingredients. It is not unusual to need to build this into your daily routine but consistency is key to see and feel the results. Hope this helps.
