“I ordered 2 Hoxton Batteries neither worked so emailed and explained and they immediately sent 2 more arriving the next day and a returns free post envelope, the customer service is excellent and there was no quibble over the problem.”
“Lately a few new batteries have not charged well. I am using new charging connectors (forgot the correct name), but the charge does not last long and I keep having to unscrew and alter the connection with the cartomisers.
I do not want to change as I love this product, but maybe quality checks need to be better.
