“Instruction booklet is a little light on detail but there is a full manual on line. In use it really is easy to use. The mouthpiece & metalwork below do get warm in use, it's to be expected to be honest, there's a heater not far from your mouth & not all the heat goes into vapourising the liquid. Initially it pops & spits a bit but no more than any other unit I've used. Good value for money, charges up quickly & lasts a reasonable length of time. Overall very pleased.”

“Bought this as a replacement for an old one and was confident it would be a good product as the past ones have been. However this one gets very hot very fast to the point it burns both fingers and mouth, which is why I removed a star. It is still useable but not for long periods of time and I don't think it should be getting as hot as it does when it is still quite new. Maybe I got a faulty one this time?
As always easy to set up and comes with two coils, although the description says one is already built in but it isn't - Both coils come seperately and you have to insert both coils yourself, which is very easy to do.”

“I found the instructions manual unhelpful as a 1st time user. I had to you tube it to figure out how it works. The joy tech itself should have a clear on off button. Instead of 5 clicks on and 5 clicks off. I don’t know if the thing is in or off. As my first time using e cig I wouldn’t recommend it for ease of use but when I did get it to work it was a pleasant taste and that’s the only good thing.”
