“Great little device, if you want to continue vaping while already hot and thus saving the coil from burning, put a couple drops of eliquid on to the coil by removing the drip tip and putting 4-6 drops through the hole. Use the twisty drip tip to minimise splashing.”
“I have bought these vapes from this company for over five years, I love this particular model because it's easy to use, clean and gives a generous amount of vapour when being used, however the last one I received is faulty, I have never had reason to complain before in all those years, I find this company's policy for dealing with customers problems, clunky old fashioned and slow and not at all generous, most companies would have sent a replacement straight away and asked me to return the faulty one, and then taken it up with the manufacturer, especially with my record of long and trouble free custom, however their policy is for me to fill out a form, return the item and they will have it looked at and get back to me.... I have no idea how long this will take and meanwhile I am without a vape, I am going to have to buy another, from another supplier, this will be the first time since I started vaping that I have bought a product from someone else. I am not sure their policy works for them.”
