“The 10 motives cartridges don’t fit into these Hoxton batteries so buying two was a complete waste of my time and money. They should not sell them if they’re not compatible with the refills!”
“Received new battery and new charger as one order. Plugged charger and battery in to charge, no light came on and after an hour, tried battery with new 10 motives refill. Would not work! Tried old battery in same refill and worked fine. Tried same, old battery in new charger and charged fine. Filled in form on help page for return, messaged et with problem. got reply..." please give more info" . Messaged again, got reply saying " cannot read message" Not being very computer savvy,,,I'm not very happy. Battery in box awaiting return instructions.”
