“I bought five, one is defective: it will not accept charge and does not activate the cartridge. The fifth is unopened.”

“I have purchased 10 of these over the last 6 months. 4 of them have failed instantly (hold zero charge)! Sorry, but not a great success rate.”

“Unfortunately, the battery did not work! I did make a complaint and this has resulted in a replacement, which I await, and return packaging. To sum up. The battery was not good but customer service was very good.”
