“I have stayed many times but on retuning last Friday evening I could not get though the exit barrier unless i paid £195.25!!
A very stressful experience indeed. I had to reverse and park randomly on the side, fortunate there was no one behind me and try and get help s the intercom was also not working. I left my elederly mother in the car to find help which was difficult at 9 pm - that said I found a booth with a man inside and after giving my booking reference he revalidated my exit ticket and said it would work. -NO apologies or explanation why. I did exit but it was a very sad end to a very nice holiday!”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“The initial park up on arrival is atrocious, there should be spaces allocated for prebooked entries. Maybe this part of the process requires tweaking and much needed improvement.
Beyond the initial arrival fiasco this facility is so convenient and facilitates simplicity on arrival to and departure from the terminal.”
“Really easy to book and really good area as right at airport. Only thing that could improve is clearer signs for overflow as didn’t notice it and was driving about looking for a space for at least 15 mins before notice spaces sign.”
“Parking is good and handy close to the terminal for ease of access. Decent access through barrier where ticket provided for exit. One downfall had to drive around for 15 minutes to find a space it was really full throughout the carpark with cars parked in places there was no space also, that was the downside. Only managed to get a space as someone returned and were leaving or would have needed to keep driving around for who knows how long. Appeared to be overbooked which is the reason for the lower score.”
