“It took 20 minutes to find a space. Almost seemed like it was over booked. Eventually another vehicle left and we managed to park. Car was safe during the time it was parked. Getting in and out of the car park is straight forward enough.”

“When I put my ticket into the exit machine, I was told I must pay £145!
When I arrived in the car park, I noticed the ticket did not have my car registration number on it.
I used the asssitance button and someone was able to help.
I am concerned that if I hadn't known about the assitance button I would have been forced to pay £145 instead of the £39 which I had already paid in advance.”
“On arrival ar Edinburgh airport, the Terminal Refundable car park was completely full and I had to park my car in an overspill carpark. It was not clear from the signposting if this was a car park that I could use so I was not sure if I was parking in the correct place. Apart from that the parking experience was entirely acceptable.”
