“Safe parking but for one night it’s expensive £39 now I don’t know if that’s the same price for a week or more or just 24hrs if so would be ok but 1 day I could have been cheaper getting a taxi”
“I have stayed many times but on retuning last Friday evening I could not get though the exit barrier unless i paid £195.25!!
A very stressful experience indeed. I had to reverse and park randomly on the side, fortunate there was no one behind me and try and get help s the intercom was also not working. I left my elederly mother in the car to find help which was difficult at 9 pm - that said I found a booth with a man inside and after giving my booking reference he revalidated my exit ticket and said it would work. -NO apologies or explanation why. I did exit but it was a very sad end to a very nice holiday!”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.
