There were no parking spaces available when we arrived, despite having pre-booked. Spent a stressful 10 minutes driving around and around, even following returning passengers to their car (only to find another car had already found their space before us). Saw lots of cars who’d had no choice but to park outside designated spaces as there weren’t enough spaces. Ridiculous car park and service. Only plus point is it’s a 5 min walk to the terminal but I’d never buy a space here again. Too stressful!

Long stay patk was a decent walk to terminal with no shuttle service and typically it was pouring with rain. Number recognition dis not pick up my car on exit and was asked to pay even though prepaid. Intercom person sorted this though.

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

It took 20 minutes to find a space. Almost seemed like it was over booked. Eventually another vehicle left and we managed to park. Car was safe during the time it was parked. Getting in and out of the car park is straight forward enough.

4 stars only cos I had struggle to find parking place plus was not sure how ticket system works as previously I used Fast Carpark and syatmewas working differently.

Very difficult to get parking space. ACR didn't function properly as did not recognise vehilce on exit and looked for payment which had ben paid at time of booking.

When I put my ticket into the exit machine, I was told I must pay £145! When I arrived in the car park, I noticed the ticket did not have my car registration number on it. I used the asssitance button and someone was able to help. I am concerned that if I hadn't known about the assitance button I would have been forced to pay £145 instead of the £39 which I had already paid in advance.
