“The carpark itself was fine but i specifically booked an electric charge parking spot but when i arrived all the spots were busy so was forced to park in a normal space. This delayed my journey on my return as i needed to stop to charge on route which i wasnt planning. I feel that if i am allowed to book an electric charge point it should be reserved and allocated to me.”
