“It could have been great, except, when I tried to leave, a message popped up saying I owed £150. This is despite booking and paying online in advance. I pressed the help button and the guy sorted it but nevertheless it did cause a little panic and I think you need to ensure your system ties in with all your bookings. I know I’m not the only person to experience this.”
