“On inserting card when leaving car park we informed on the machine that we had to pay £515.00 !!! Intercom did not work on this machine so went to another machine.. same again.. used intercom on this machine explained the situation gave car number plate … sorted it was a mistake..!!! REALLY NOT GOOD”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.

“Easy to book and to park, but when we picked up our car it said we were due £250 ?? Like we parked in the wrong place? We called for help and the barrier lifted so we went through without any explanation?”
