“Parking was no issue at all very straight forward. The trolley situation however is embarrassing and no airport staff to be seen at luggage area on arrival. Spoke to 2 different people who were rude and very unhelpful. What a welcome to Scotland! Pay to move your luggage after climbing 3 flights of stairs. Sub standard airport”
“No problem with entry, booking or finding a space. Crowded, but we expect that. System did not recognise the car on exit - we used the intercom and the barrier was opened. There was a number printed on the entry ticket, but that was a garbled version of the correct registration. Perhaps a glitch in the ANPR system?”
