“Paid for an EV charging bay, all full on arrival, spoke with staff and they just said wait until one is free, but could have been hours, all full with rental company car and airport vans”

I had spoken to someone over the parking speaker as I couldn’t understand why I had to pay extra.
I had stupidly put midnight for the day before when I booked instead of midnight we arrived back and the guy was very unsympathetic & made me pay the £60 for another 24 hours parking! It was disgusting as it was a genuine mistake when I booked it. The least he could have done was either understand and let me edit without paying or reduced the rate! Therefore I will not be parking here ever again and will make sure people know how I was treated.”
