“I had an online reservation but the barrier camera failed to recognised my vehicle registration when I arrived. The office is nolonger accessible in the multistory car park. The only way to resolve this was on exit at the barrier, and others appeared to be stuck on exit aswell. This issue seems to be becoming a regular occurrance and needs to be fixed.”

“Attrocious! Prebooked 2 cars for family to pick up relative having never parked there before. Mini roundabout didnt even display 'surface' carpark and 1st exit drew into payable drop off zone instead of straight ahead into required 'terminal' carpark. So had to pay drop off charge for 2 cars too. Scandalous treatment of public, sheer greed!”

On our return, we walked to the car, started it and drove to the exit gates which opened immediately allowing us to drive home.
