“Have used this car park a few times for short term parking. It's convenient for quick access and near the terminal. The nearer to the bottom you can park then all the better. Especially if the weather is against you. The latest booking was only for 12+hours as someone dropped off for us on our return.”

“I have used the terminal surface car park for years and the service has always been great in the past.
The car park was full on arrival despite having pre-booked, signage towards the overflow car park was poor. I (and others) ended up driving in circles for 30-40 minutes.
Passing passport control took a while, despite my fast track pass.”
“Easy to book, easy to find and park, however when we put our ticket in to leave it told us we owed £200. We pressed the button for assistance, gave the guy our booking reference number and he opened the barrier for us so we weren't stuck for long.”
