“I purchased my parking in advance and when I put my ticket into the barrier it said I owed £165, I contacted the control room who lifted the barrier
This is the third time this has occurred to me, obviously there must be an issue with the number plate recognition cameras
The car park was very busy and difficult to find a space on arrival, maybe there are procedures which could be put in place to identify parking availability and notify the users appropriately”
“Very easy to book and to use on arrival. Parking was very close to the terminal - only a short walk. There were also plenty of spaces to choose from (it was 4.45am when we arrived).
However the exit process was not as smooth. We had paid in advance but on entering our ticket into the exit machine, it was requesting £140 to be paid to exit. We called for assistance via the ticket machine and it we were released from the car park eventually, but the operator took a long time to respond, and did not apologise or give an explanation for the issue.
Overall I would still use the service again though, as it was much cheaper than a return taxi.”
“Always an issue with coming out the car park. Leaving late at night (11pm) and having to deal with broken button and then coming back inside to use the other “call for assistance” button. I have specifically emailed the customer service prior to this so I can easily come out at night time but got pied off by them with - just call the assistants!!!”
“Booked and paid for my parking as normal and suffered a great deal of travel disruption on my return leg. I was still within the 6 hour grace period but the barrier refused to let me exit until I had paid an additional £149. Once you leave it is impossible to speak to anyone and you are left sending an email requesting a refund. Not a good service.”
“Took a while to find a space. On returning it was very poor exiting the barrier with lot's of cars queuing, ticket's not working and I was told I had an outstanding fee of £260 and barrier would not open. My ticket was pre paid so had to speak to someone and this takes time with queues behind me. Not a good experience.”
