We, among many other businesses operate on a 24-hour schedule. 0000 is the start of a new day, with 23:59:59sec being the end of the previous day. At time of booking selection, our entry and exit time slices are shown in a sequential list from 0000 - 2330.

“Paid for terminal parking but it was clearly over sold and there were no spaces left so we ended up parking in the (also nearly full) overspill. Wasn’t worth any extra to pay than the further away parking.”

I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find a space in our car park. If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative.

“Only problem was finding a space - very very busy - and finding a way to pick myself and luggage up without going the wrong way in the one way system ( husband went alone to collect car rather than drag all luggage to car which was quite a distance away ) - is it possible? We couldn't find a way.
Other than that all good. Very good support via email when they changed our flight which could have affected the parking. Price reasonable.
Don't like that you can't make alterations- you have to cancel and rebook if need to change. If this happens close to flight time or when on holiday you could be left with a hefty bill even if you choose / are able to change to another park - closer to date more expensive the parking. We now have a regular direct bus service from our home town to the terminal so if the timings are reasonable this is our first choice now - a lot cheaper than parking which has become very expensive.
That said we would book this parking again if the price was fair.”
