It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however, I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Drop off and parking was fine. On exit from arrivals followed signs to Terminal Surface Parking which took you to the multi storey car park and then under multi storey. BUT then there is no exit as there is a construction fence blocking all the exits and had leave via the vehicle entrance which is very poor. Then walked through the Meet and Greet, which takes you to a fenced off area. Again very poor on a cold and wet January morning.”

“Never had any problems, except this time got quite a shock when leaving, couldn't get out because it said we owed over £200, but was quickly and politely resolved on contact by phone. Will always use terminal parking.”
“Parking full on arrival. Glad I arrived earlier than expected as it took 25 mins of driving around until I finally got a space. As usual, multi-storey was fairly empty. Will probably end up paying extra to secure a multi-storey space in future just to avoid the stress of the terminal parking.”
