“The signage to the surface carpark wasn't great. The names of the carparks have changed from the correspondence sent (no longer marked 'Surface Car Park'), and even Google Maps shows the old signage. When we arrived at what we understood to be the car park, we were confronted with scary daily parking charges, so we assumed we had the wrong location. Trying to navigate to the correct address, we accidentally drove through the drop-off area and were charged £6 for the privilege. You urgently need to align the car park names with the actual signs, as I am sure we haven't been the only ones affected. I would also like you to refund the £6 drop-off charge, as I had already paid for parking.”
“I paid for Terminal Electric and no spaces were available, which meant I was unable to charge and than once I flew home I didn’t have enough to get me home. I then had to spend more time and money which i didn’t really have.”
“The entry and exit arrangements were straight forward. I think that the trend is that cars have "grown" larger in recent times. The spaces, on terminal parking, are now a bit narrow and could do with being made wider at the next opportunity.”
“Easy to park, only sour taste was upon leaving, machine asked me to pay full amount. Even though I had paid for the parking months in advance.
Security guard resolved the problem, but it should never have happened in the first place.”
