“I've always booked in advance as it's so easy. I had problems with my car this time and had to take the bus. The website is terrible for trying to actually speak or message anyone about a refund.”

“Got in fine. Nice easy walk to terminal. However really badly signed on way back out so walked over bridge and had to come back ticket then didn’t work on way out so had to call on intercom. Dealt with swiftly but not what you need when you have just got off a flight. That’s said good value for money.”
