“Parking was absolutely fine with short walk to terminal but for the third time in a row the exit ticket couldn't be read and I had to wait for assistant to confirm my booking details before opening the barrier.”

“ANPR worked well on arrival and departure-no flight delays so did not have to manage any ‘grace period’ if we had landed later than expected. Lighting and signposting could be sharper, especially for anybody not familiar with terminal parking, and arriving in Edinburgh in freezing fog.”
