It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“I thought barrier would go up automatically but ticket was dispensed with my reg number on it. I wasn’t sure so I pressed help button- every helpful reassured me to take ticket. All good on return ticket inserted and off we went. Very easy to use and efficient parking 2 mins without requiring transfers. Just as good as multi storey but glad it wasn’t frosty on return, otherwise I would prefer multi storey I will definitely recommend terminal parking if it’s at a fair price”
