“Entrance to the car park was brilliantly easy, and the spaces are a good reasonable size. The biggest downfall is the lack of signage, I had to use the building beside it to remember where my car was, and trying to find the way to exit was a nightmare.
Other than that it was a very positive experience, the booking process was lovely and simple too!”
“It was a fine experience. I personally found that many of the vehicles parked next to me were so large they didn’t even nearly fit the space. I had to pull my car out to open my boot as a truck had parked so close to mine despite having left a bit of space at the back he was also stuck out of the front of the space by a mile. I had one similar parked next to me that was bleeding over the line to and had to climb to the drivers seat through the passenger side to move my car to get the cases in the boot. Not best please but the spaces simply weren’t big enough for vehicles of this size. There were a few vehicles like this that were also blocking routes out of the car park. Vehicles of this size should have a designated area so as not to disrupt people with cars.”
“As I have an EV I took advantage of the EV charging station. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. The first pay station wasn't working - I called the helpline and was told it had gone down at 1am that morning I was told to go to the other one but they couldn't tell me where this was. By luck, as I was going to find a parking space, I found the other pay station. I followed the instructions, parked in space 6 - when to the pay station no space 6 was available. I called the helpline again to be told he wasn't experienced in this car park set up - he would try to help - had me on hold for 5 minutes then asked me to download the SWARCO app. As I'm going for a flight and it's time sensitive I had no time to do this. If these parking points require SWARCO app before using this should have been made clear at point of booking. As It was I then had to find a normal parking spot and luckily thanks to security being quiet I made my flight.”
