It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“Easy to find and just a 2 min walk to the terminal. Got into the car park no problem however on leaving, our ticket wouldn’t work at the barrier. Just pushed the call button and the guy sorted it straight away and let us out.”
