“I had an online reservation but the barrier camera failed to recognised my vehicle registration when I arrived. The office is nolonger accessible in the multistory car park. The only way to resolve this was on exit at the barrier, and others appeared to be stuck on exit aswell. This issue seems to be becoming a regular occurrance and needs to be fixed.”
