We arrived early due to road works
Was advised by the car park attendant
We would have to pay extra on arriving
Back from Denmark .
The horizon group sent an email then a letter saying we had to pay extra £51
That’s fair enough if they checked we had already paid £168 for our stay for the 2 weeks so it wasn’t as if we weren’t going to pay on our return.
So was not happy getting this fine
Have payed the fine but if they checked the reg number they should have been able to see we were booked for 2 weeks .”
“Was initially delightful with the price and set up of the airport parking and shuttle, due to no fault of our own, delayed on the weekly Monday night flight, which is delayed most weeks, thanks ryanair,we were approximately 3hours late getting back to the car.taking the hour's grace offered in the agreement into consideration,we were therefore 2hours later than expected.checked my bank today,and although I did expect some late fees, I was surprised to see that they had taken £19.35 from my card without any explanation or notice.
Had they emailed me to tell me about this charge, I would have obviously paid it,but I think it's rather steep for 2hrs parking.A breakdown of the charges would be appreciated, until that point I would have highly recommended this parking site, unfortunately helping themselves to the cash doesn't sit well with me”
“We always use the Plane Parking when we go on holiday for one or two weeks. Easy to reach, well connected to the airport with bus.
Good price, especially if booked in advance.”
