“Easy to find. Regular shuttle bus. Easy to use, and it took less time to get from car to check in, than when we used the long stay car park, which is closer.”

“we flew from edinburgh airport on 18th of june which unfortunately for us was day before the royal highland show started so there was much traffic than normal . Thankfully jet2 had advised us to allow extra time but there was no such warning from Plane parking. The road into the airport wasnt particulaly busy traffic was slow but we kept moving , the problems started after we arrived at plane parking . It took us an hour from arrival to get to the terminal we could have walked it in 10 15 minutes . The traffic management put in place to manage highland show traffic was hampering traffic trying to leave edinburgh airport carparks which meant traffic became gridlocked an the short route the plane parking bus used . I accept that something had to be done to manage taffic for the highland show but more could have been done to manage traffic in the car parking area if not plane parking should have put on extra buses . The other issue i had with Plane Parking is that are only 2 bus stops in a huge carpark , i dropped cases at stop found a space and then walked back . There were plenty spaces when I arrived but the were miles away from the bus stops . On the pick up bus back quite a few of the passengers were talikng about being unable to find a spot to park when they arrived . Plane parking need to have a review of their operation and their communication”
