“Paid online for 1 day parking 17july. I arrived at 1115am and collected my ticket, then tried to leave soon after 1pm but the exit machine demanded 18 pounds payment. I used the intercom to complain but received no apology or explanation and the gate just lifted for me to exit. Disappointing. I imagine many people might just have paid what the screen showed to be quickly on their way.”

“My experienced with plane parking was absolutely brilliant. Staffs are so helpful. I was talking to 2 member of Staffs and all they did was to help me to solved the situation. They are very nice nice, kind and helpful. I phoned them while I was in the hospital on the July 14th.
I could recommend Plane Parking.
Also when I arrived the Parking on that night the staff behind the intercom was also very helpful. I was relieved that I got home with no issues with plane Parking.

“Parking was fine - however upon leaving the machine wouldn’t accept my ticket and then didn’t seem to recognise it. It then proceeded to attempt to charge me £160 for the parking I had already paid for online. Had to contact support to rectify this.”
