“Parking was ok transfer was quick only problem was upon my return when trying to leave when the ticket was presented the machine asked for £160.00 to get out after explaining to the guy on the speaker who said there was no record of the booking he eventually let me out as I told him if he sent someone out I had a photo copy of booking and payment.”
“Plane parking might be abit away from terminal, but it is so easy, turn up to entrance, barrier scans your Reg & you get ticket, then park your car. on return collect your car head to exit , stop at barrier & it scans your Reg agian & lets you out, it is so simple & if you do have problems press the help button.”
“Easy to use. No need to hold onto paper tickets to exit after holiday. Shuttle buses seemed to run as advertised. Only suggestion would be to make the 2 bus stops in the car park easier to find.”
“I made a booking to park from 13th August for 8 days I had to change the registration but the reply still had the previous registration which was booked for October 2024 so we could not get into the car park I had to pay £100 to park fast park on top of the £44 I had already paid I find this totally unacceptable Please reply to this email”
