“Really good value for money. The parking spaces are really good sizes and it’s very well sign-posted and easy to get to. On the way out the shuttle bus arrived at the bus stop when we did, and on the way back, we were only waiting a couple of minutes. Will definitely be booking there again for its ease of use and value for money.”
“Easy to book, lots of choices and prices. We booked plane parking for a week which was a lot cheaper than Newcastle. Easy to find the car park and got parked straight away. There's a bus that comes every 20mins and we arrived about 3am and there was a bus there so we go straight on. On the way back we walked from the airport to the bus pick up which is a short walk. It was about 2:30pm...the bus supposed to come every 20mins but we waited ages. Got back to car all was fine. Drive to barrier and its camera so as we'd pre paid the barrier lifts without having to insert the ticket. The traffic coming out was a nightmare no idea why maybe the traffic lights and we realised that's where the bus had probably got stuck.
Only other thing would be that people parked over the lines meaning a space was unable to be used if your car is on the bigger side.
Overall a good experience and would use again but hope the traffic and space issues would be a bit better”
