“After paying for the period of my trip and leaving my vehicle in the Plane Parking carpark everything was fine until I returned. My vehicle had a oily/sticky substance along the driver side and at the gate I was told I had £173 to pay to exit.”
“Arriving was fine and easy but leaving close to impossible absolutely zero sign posting on where to get pick up. Zero info on your website or booking confirmation even your airport staff were clueless. We were on a wild goose chase for a solid 40
Minutes. This needs to be improved”
“The car park is well sign posted once you arrive at the airport and so simple to use. We arrived at the barrier, got a ticket and parked up. The bus stop was close by and a 2 minute ride to the airport. Even though we were delayed coming back I half expected to be charged for a couple of hours but I just put in the ticket and the barrier lifted, I will definitely use this car park again.”
“My partner accidentally left his passport in the car and we realised after we had already arrived at the airport! Want to say a massive thankyou to the male driver on shift who drove him straight to his car and back to the airport again in order for us to the make the flight! Excellent service!”
“I was advised that I would have to pay full charges to park my motorcycle.
On arrival I was informed that bike parking is free.
£30.00 wasted.
Can I have my money back please?
My booking reference is
