“Dreadful our flight from Madeira was delayed by 26 hours and when we arrived at the barrier we had to pay £45 fine even though there was a lot of empty spaces so I am afraid to say there are lucky to get one star”
“Parking is fine and bus to airport is fast. There is NO customer service. Our flight was cancelled. After being sent around various places I emailed about our booking. NO response and that is 3 months ago. We had to pay for two bookings in the end.”
“Easy to find a parking space & wait for a bus wasn’t too long. Signage when driving to the parking could be better, the names of various parking areas similar and confusing, needs to be clearer”
“Easy and lots of parking spaces, the bus stop is actually inside the parking area, luckily the bus did also stop at the side of the road, bit on the expensive side but it is what it is”
