“This was the first time using this car park on my own, as my husband was unable to go on holiday due to ill health. Because of this we had to change the vechile registration number , which we done with ease.
I found the directions easy to follow and got there no problem. But on my exit from the car park it asked me for £185 , which I did panic about as we had already booked and paid for.I would like to understand why this was an issue. I phoned and the barrier was lifted. But I have to comment this is clearly not accepable as this got me very stressed.

“Very easy to book online. No problem finding a space, minutes for a bus to arrive to drop off. Then same for pick up at the terminal. Good value will continue to use in the future.”
