“Booked Long Stay parking, well in advance. Price was good. Received an email to say I’d been upgraded to Terminal Parking. Even better! So convenient for an early morning flight. The only issue was upon my. return, the machine at the exit barrier said I owed £200! Machine did not appear to have a help button so I had to reverse out of the queue, park the car again and go and find a manned ticket booth. Once there, the problem was sorted immediately. A little inconvenient but not the end of the world.”
“Arrived early in the morning, no problem finding a space - I was upgraded to terminal parking. When I came back from holiday, there was an issue with the barrier recognising tickets that had already been paid but i pressed the assist button, gave my registration number and the barrier was lifted. Excellent”
