“system worked great with paying in advance, receiving ticket on arrival and leaving having pre-paid. only issue was distance from airport itself in terms of finding the place - had to ask for directions as signage only started once in airport zone proper. shuttle bus was great however so distance was not an issue in this regard.”
“Smooth drop off, but on returning we couldn't find any information on where to get the shuttle bus at the airport. No info on booking email or on website as to where the pick up point is. Had to wander about aimlessly for 15 minutes until another bus driver pointed us to the taxi rank.”

There was no wait for the shuttle service both ways, it arrived very promptly. The drivers were friendly.
Finding the place and getting through the barriers both ways was easy.
There were planty of parking spaces.
Our car was undamaged when we picked it up.
The whole process was quick and easy.

“We paid for a service we were told provided a shuttle to and from the terminal. We arrived at the airport car park and saw a sign saying ‘no shuttle bus running’ but we’ve still been charged full whack. No proper walkway to the terminal and wasn’t clearly signposted, not impressed.”
“We were disappointed that the signage to the parking area was not as clear as it might be. When we also got to the barrier and put our parking ticket in it said we were due £140! The assistant said this was a mistake but clearly my car reg and details were visable
I almost paid this when I realised that the parking was prepaid. I would be very reluctant to use this parking again after this experience

“More bus stops required in the car park. We asked the driver to drop us near the exit where we had parked. He did explain it was Company policy to only drop people off at designated bus stops but was rude and stroppy. The nearest bus stop to the exit was a long way from our car.”
“Took the cases out the car walked up to bus stop and bang the bus came within 30 seconds
