“The parking was fine. However, we could not find the airport bus stop to take us to the car park on our return. The issue was the lack of signage from the airport. Other travellers were also affected. After an hour of searching and asking other bus drivers, airport staff, Lothian buses and trams personnel, we eventually found it. It took us about an hour. There was no phone number on the booking to ask for directions, nor any information as to where the relevant directions could be obtained. It spoilt what had otherwise been a good journey home. Please ensure there is adequate signage in future.”
“Only 10 min walk from terminal there is buses but i preferred the walk parking was so easy & very secure my car was here for 3 wks with no problems whatsoever

“After our flight home arrived 2 hours late in the middle of the night we where desperate to get in our car and get home. However both cars where not registered when arrived at the barrier to leave. Had to get help and state our booking reference. The gentleman’s attitude on the intercom was shocking, on top of that I had three young children under the age of 5 in the car exhausted and desperate to get home and was kept at the barrier for over 15minutes while he searched for our details. It was just totally unacceptable.”
