Recognised on arrival despite the fact I was holding a print out of my confirmed booking. . I was told to park and we would sort it out on my return. Again, at the exit barrier neither were recognised but I was released and free to go so, not a good booking system but helpful assistance on the day.”
Thank you for your review. It sounds like our ANPR system didn't detect you on entry. This doesn't happen often but I can understand the frustration this causes. I am glad you managed to speak to someone on the day to get it sorted.

“My first time of using Plane Parking. Was disappointed that there was no shuttle bus to take me to airport both ways. I had to walk. On return I couldn’t get out of car park at exit as it said I owed £160.00. Had to call for help and no explanation was given why that happened. Not good enough.”

It sounds like our ANPR system didn't detect you on entry which resulted in your being charged the roll-up rates in error when you exited.
