“The facility was very good on arrival perfect barrier lifted with number plate recognition. Parked near bus stop 2. Bus transport arrived within minutes. On arrival back from holiday everything was fine until I approached the barrier and tried to insert my ticket which the machine refused. I reversed to try the second barrier the first barrier then lifted I carried on and approached the second barrier it lifted and I excited the carpark. It seems if you have prepaid you don't need to insert your ticket. Will definitely use again.”
