When leaving parking, barrier stated I had £150 outstanding fee
Had to ring for help, stated i had pre paid and the barrier was lifted with no questions asked which seems odd. Could be genuine mistake but wonder if anyone else had over paid to exit or paid more out of panic at the barrier

“it is unacceptable that the establishment did not have proper accommodations for inclement weather, such as providing a shuttle service or covered walkways for customers to use. It is also concerning that the parking system did not recognize the customer's ticket upon their return, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Such experiences can greatly impact a customer's perception of the establishment and may discourage them from using the parking facilities in the future. The establishment should take responsibility for these issues and take steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. I will not be in harry to use your service in the near future.”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes.

“This is the second time I have used this parking. Good to begin with but both times on leaving I have been confronted with a bill that I do not have and had to contact the company. Although I have been allowed to exit without issue it has still caused upset and trauma that I did not need/want”
