“While parking at Edinburgh airport is very expensive, plane parking was convenient. The drop off and pick up point is much better than the normal shuttle bus drop off point.”

“When I arrived the parking was full and we're not letting me in as did not recognize my booking , after speaking to someone they let me in ,
On return put card in machine expecting to have the bar lifted so as I could leave ! This did not happen, they wanted me to pay £130 tor the 4 days I had been there , so had to speak to person again through machine while holding up the people in cars behind me , I went through my phone found my booking read the details to the person who was having difficulty finding me on his system ! And then with our a word from them of any sort far less an apology the bar opened and I was let out ,
All in all a disaster”

It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time.

“We are fans of the Plane Parking service. Never had to wait long for the bus at either end of trip. Bus drivers always so helpful and friendly and car park very spacious making parking easy. However on this occasion we came back to a damaged bumper. Someone had scuffed it whilst it was parked, but not left their details. Not Plane Parking’s fault, could have happened anywhere.”

IF THE OPERATOR HAS LESS THAN 5 MIN WAIT FOR SHUTTLE BUSES - IT WILL WORK. IF THE WAIT FOR BUSES BECOMES 10 OR 15 MINUTES, I WILL BE GOING TO ANOTHER OPERATOR OF PARKING”
