“I made a simple mistake inputting my departure time from Plane Parking. It involved a flight that arrived just after midnight. By putting in the wrong date I was disproportionately charged. My mistake was genuine and i didnt mind paying two or three times over the daily rate that I booked for. Although it's in their small print, paying eight times over is unfair and ended costing me more than my original 7 day booking. Edinburgh Airport don't seem to value regular customers within their captive market nor are they interested in addressing customer improvements.”
