“I paid for parking online before my arrival. The ticket I got at the gate said I need to pay at a payment machine OR at the exit barrier on return. As I've paid for it I expected the barrier to open at the exit automaticaly. Nobody said in my case I need to go to a machine first so I got into an unpleasant situation.”
“Do not normally write reviews but wanted to highlight the service and friendliness of the lovely bus driver that picked us up around 3am on thur morning. He had a lovely word ro say to everyone and at that time in the morning was appreciated.

Appreciate why not more than one bus on at that time in morning. Would have been good with extra wait time due to roadworks”
“We parked for 3 weeks and never had a problem getting in. Driver of the bus helped with bags as we had a little one to look after and this was brilliant. Car park is gravel and stones everywhere which is not great for the case rollers and the bar code on ticket was worn making it useless for exit. Price was very good and would use again.”
