“I pre booked and pre paid. However, on arriving at the appointed time, the camera did not pick up my registration properly and as a result, I had to pay a further £150 to get out at the end of my trip. I've now been home for almost a week and I'm still trying to get a refund. Having spoken with friends, they've had the same issue. Not good!”

“Just before my latest short trip I was made aware of the availability of Plane Parking. Easy to book online, simply park the car and jump on the shuttle bus for a 10 minute ride into the airport. On return the shuttle will take you back to plane parking to pickup your car and get on with the journey. This service is ideal for a short stay as the cost is much less than taking a taxi to the airport and back, and is probably more convenient. Overall a great service that we will be happy to use again.”
“It was a lot further away than we expected but the bus turned up well within the eleven minutes suggested. I had bother getting my car out as the ticket kept being rejected no matter which way it was put in but a press of the help button brought assistance.”
