“Same comments this month as to when I filled in the survey last month. Only the roads in the car-park are tarmac, all the bays are stones/chips/chuckies, and they get dragged all over the roads and specifcally the safe walking lanes in the car-park which means you have to walk in the road.
There is no bus stop by the exit - Premair & NCP have bus stops by the exit, why dont you? And yes, I know there are 2 x bus stops in the car-park...but the Plane Parking is massive and has just been extended, so why have you not increased the amount of bus stops?”
“The staff were excellent. We had issues with our holiday but they were so kind and so helpful when we had to change things at the last minute. They made what could have been a difficult situation very simple.”
“Did not have to wait long for bus in the car park and coming back the bus was waiting for us. Probably took quicker than walking from the long stay at at least you're dry if its raining.”
