“Parking was fine, but the total mess that is Edinburgh Airport left passengers on a crowded tarmac, because their facilities are wholly inadequate for the level of passengers/flights. Good value for shareholders, but passengers are regularly left in limbo, locked up in corridors, left in scorching heat or pouring rains, let alone huge delays, not with the flights themselves, but the ground handling. Well worth considering NCL or GLA next time. The airport may be close to the city, but getting out of it is a challenge, to put it midly.”
“Easy to find location , entry went fine. Transfer to and from airport didn’t take long.
The only problem is the bus was not designed to take more than a few people with suitcases. No luggage racks, no way of securing suitcases that mostly had wheels , were rolling around before someone could grab them and prevent possible injury. Would be a great service with a better bus .”
