“Parking was effortless. And the shuttle buses run at good intervals. However, there was a roadwork on the rail tracks heading up to the parking overnight, but there wasn’t enough directions to signal vehicles in and out of the car park area. We ended up spending over 2 hours to navigate through and out of the car park area.”
“Should have been a straightforward experience. Prepaid parking online but when trying to exit machine wanted £120.
Had to wait for someone to answer intercom. Went as a group in multiple cars and other driver had the same issue. So much for the automated system with ANPR”
“I prepaid at the long stay but my car wasnt recognised and so had to wait until i could contact an operator to get out.
There was no bus service operationg to the airport so had to walk”
