“Parking was absolutely fine. Very efficient at a good price. However, the traffic leaving was absolutely horrendous, and added 45 minutes onto our journey.”
“Parking was secure and easy to find a space, very close to the airport and good shuttle bus service. We were given a ticket on entry and a large fee upon leaving despite pre-paying online, which was readily resolved through the telecom service. Main concern was it took an hour leave the site from the car park to the main road (should take 3 minutes) without apparent reason other than poorly designed road layout? Any explanation would be appreciated otherwise it would deter us from using the service again.”
“Iv used the carpark a few times and it’s always been easy and straight forward but this last time I had to change my car so changed the reg online and when I was leaving I was asked to pay but the the guy on the phone was very helpful and he fixed it! Seemed like the system didn’t update the reg!”
“Straight forward. Good value by booking online. I would have appreciated a message on the ticket machine in the carpark to reassure me that this may already have been done. The only information is the expectation to pay at that point. Made me slightly anxious.”
“All went as it should. Got parked easily enough and didn't wait too long for the next shuttle bus. I feel that the drivers of both buses I used were polite and friendly which was nice. The only suggestion I would make for improving would be a small map or photo of the entrance to the facility on the booking documentation as I initially felt a bit unsure I was following the directions correctly just before getting to the parking area. Overall very happy with the service and the price.”
